Fitness First - impression of a new member

This blog post is confirming my recent blog about the difficulty in stay healthy diet in Thailand. I have invested in a business further away from my permanent work office and been desperate for gym, so I decided to join Fitness First due to its location and quality of equipments.  But the most annoying thing is the sales process itself, however expected. Although my intention is only to get a nice place to exercise, but I was promised with complementary package like backpack and water bottles. Later on it turned out that I need to give then ten contacts in exchange. I know all too well how direct marketing could ruin people privacy, so I don't give out any and I don't get any freebies. Well, they can kiss my ass. I'll Ignore this shit and get my workout routine and they can't do anything about it. I need my gym access and space, that is all to Fitness First.
Oh wait, at least I got this diet guide which includes nice and healthy meals. But it's pretty much useless as the menu is not localised and the ingredients aren't common in Thailand.
